Omega Base 1.0.7 is released!

Omega Base is released today containing new features:

• Some new design and icons.
• The DB now uses PostgreSQL's partial indexes to give still more scalability, and less disk space usage for indices.
• Some installer bugs was fixed. It will no more to require that the database be in UTF-8 encoding. Avoiding database creation problems in some cases.
